Capped 375 from Bine & Vine. Pours hazy darkish cherry red with a transient head. Aroma of sourish cherry in a way reminding of a sour red/brown. Near med body. Flavor is moderately sour cherry with something that could be almond. A pleasing cherry sour.

Capped 750 from Bottles N' Bins in Monterey, CA. Pours gold with a large creamy/bubbly white head. Aroma of mildly sour malt, light prunus fruits, and slightly musty wood. Med body at least. Flavor is mildly sour, lightly acidic malt with some very musty wood and pale fruits. Could be some chardonnay grape in it. Definitely some Brett in it. Kind of a BA sour blonde/Brett saison? Damn tasty ale.

Bottle from Bottle N’ Bins in Monterey. Pours dark brown with a foamy, bubbly dark tan head. Aroma is very chocolate with some bourbon notes. Med + body. Not very thick. Flavor is very dark malt, some chocolate and bourbon. Far from dry, but not sticky. There’s heat, but not in a strong way. Maybe it’s not all that far from dry. Get’s earthy and dryish with some time. Finally getting a wood note. Interesting how it changes in the mouth. Those who like IS should try it. Will they like it? A mystery within an enigma.

375 from Total Wine in Sacramento, CA. Pours hazy copper with a transient white smear. Aroma has a lot of rose and lavender. Med minus body. Flavor is mildly sour - very mildly. Mildly funky. Chamomile blossoms here, but rose is still present. Easy, easy drinker.

Tap @ BeerFes Yokohama, September 17th, 2017. Amber pour, not so foamy. Tropical nose. Creamy and tropical. Mango. Good. Tastes nice hoppy-fruity, light sour notes and good mosaic character there. Malty base provides extra sweetness. Good hoppy caramel linger finish. Herbal. Tasty.

Tap @ BeerFes Yokohama, September 17th, 2017. Pours nice hazy yellow, light skirmish of foam. Nose is nice Citra, lots of lemon peel and grapefruit. Taste also citric, excellent fresh example of the single hop. Long resiny and citric linger in the finish. Well done.

Bottle at RBSG. Reddish amber pour with a small white head. Sweet and fruity aroma of cherries with a little sour. Sweet and sour cherry taste, lacto, lingering dry finish. Lots of cherry pucker.

Bottle. Rich amber beer with a dark cream head. Grapefruit and light earth aroma. Tropical fruit and grapefruit flavor with light pine. Medium bodied. Good bitterness. Pine and earth lingers with grapefruit, light tropical fruit,and light berry.
