Clear golden colour, white head. Quite sour aroma, peach, wood. Fruity sour flavour, bitter notes, grapefruit, yoghurt and vinegar. Fruity finish, wood, bit funky.

Clear dark brown beer, small creamy irregular beige head, little stable, non adhesive. Aroma: lots of lactobacillus, vinegar, balsamic, caramel, dried fruits, forest fruits. MF: lively carbon, medium body. Taste: very acidic, lacto-acid, dried fruits, vinegar, some caramel, banana. Aftertaste: soft acidity, tannins, soft roast, bitter touch, banana peel, more tannins.

Bottle from Bottle Barn. Malty little bugger. They talk up the hops, but the malts dominate. Hops come in later with a bit of heat. Medium golden with small soft head. Slick, almost sticky.
