750mL bottle, pours a cloudy bright orange with a small white head. Aroma is super bright on the apricot, with gentle acidity and a wonderful barnyard funk. Flavour is complex as hell, with super bright, juicy apricots, light-to-moderate acidity, and medium barnyard funk. Wonderful incorporation of the apricot with the usual expert funky blend. Lovely.

Hazy, apricotty sort of colour. Thin head. Bright stone fruit aroma with light brett and a hint of barrel. On the palate, the soft pale malt, big bright fruit, a decent acidity that seems to combine some of the stone fruit influence and some from the fermentation. Very good.

Poured from 750mL bottle (2023 vintage). Hazy slightly orangey gold with small white head. Tart apricot and feint yogurt notes, not picking up the red wine barrel, decent, but the yogurt notes throw it off a bit. Still quite decent.

750mL bottle, pours a hazy golden orange with a small white head. Aroma has plenty of barnyard funk, crisp apple skins, some apple core, and hay. Flavour has a wonderful barnyard funk depth, plenty of acidity from the apples, hay, and plenty of woody oak. Really great funky character, coming across very oaky, finishing fairly dry and only lightly acidic. Excellent.

Hazy, nice bretty aroma, light apple character. Vibrant, juicy with light apple, medium acidity, soft malt, and a bit more of that brett. A lot of complexity, great flavour.

750mL bottle. Pours hazy dull gold with a white head. Tons of apricots, musty fruit skins, mildew on the nose. Flavour has tart apricots, mildewy old upholstery, lots of must. Great complexity and the integration between the apricots and the musty lambic-style funk is excellent.

750mL bottle. Pours hazy dull gold with a small white head. Lots of musty crab apples on the nose, some mildew and old wood; nice and funky. Flavour has a strong crab apple profile, gentle acidity, grass, and a good amount of funk mildew. Dry and reasonably tart with good funk, fantastic.

Hazy and pale. Earthy, toasty. Balanced. Light, lemony, pretty good take on lambicy things.

Pale and hazy. Thin head. The aroma is quince on the palate, and the quince is strong. There's a fresh juiciness, good complexity, and a very nice quince character.
