Tap at Watering Hole. Biscuit and honey aromas with some candied apple and apricot. Medium body with average carbonation. Light graininess on the palate. Finishes ok. Pretty standard. --- Beer merged from original tick of Sakura - Kaori no Nama (佐倉 香りの生) on 25 Dec 2015 at 21:52 - Score: 6

Tap at Watering Hole. Thanks for sharing Eric. Slightly hazy gold with a pillowy white head. Orange zest, sweet mikan and light barnyard funk on the nose. Above average carbonation with a medium body. Slightly oily. Sweet on the palate but the barnyard and fruit flavors are there. Finish could be drier, but nice attempt. --- Beer merged from original tick of Tangerine Trip on 25 Dec 2015 at 22:01 - Score: 7

Hand pump at Watering Hole. Hazy straw gold with a one-finger white head. Light citrus and grass notes with mango, strawberry and papaya. More carbonation than most hand-pumped beers, but still a tad soft. Well-rounded body with a slightly creamy mouthfeel. Dry finish. Very New Zealand-ish IPA. Might be my favorite from Locobeer. --- Beer merged from original tick of Wheat IPA on 06 Nov 2015 at 20:06 - Score: 7

5% On tap at Garage 39 when I popped in for lunch. It pours amber brown with a sort of plum-red tint to it in certain lights. It’s got a bready sweet caramel fudge with fruit notes aroma. Raspy carbonation on a medium body. The taste is fruity, spicy rye & bitter fudge. Interesting enough, once it warmed up it really started to meld together.

tons of rye. A bit sweet to start but leads into dry, austere notes. Not super balanced but nice

Taster showing neon yellow and half a finger of clean white foam. The nose shows a farmhouse background with a sweet malt forwardness. The palate is light bodied and moderately carbonated. A lot of farmhouse, barnyard flavors.

Bottle from Le petit L’ouest. Pours a clear gold with a medium-sized head that dissipates fairly quickly but leaves a small rim around the edge of the glass. Nice saison nose with some lemon, pepper and pear on the nose. Medium to light body with average carbonation. Peppery flavor but as it warms it gets quite sweet. A little too sweet for me in a saison. Pepper on the finish which I can’t tell if the pepper is from the rye or the yeast. Not bad I guess. --- Beer merged from original tick of Saison de Seigle (Rye Saison) on 13 Aug 2015 at 23:58 - Score: 6

very dark brown. Lots of roasted malts with a touch of citrus. Medium full body with lots of roasted malt, but lacks the hoppiness of an IBA. Overall pretty enjoyable
