Draft at Beach Muffin. Definitely Time Out Porter not Time Hop (I had just added Hop Shower before so hop must have been on my mind...fail). Anyway, dark brown with a medium-sized head that dissipates fairly quickly. Milk chocolate all over the nose with some prune and raisin with a hint of roasted malt. Draft at Beach Muffin. Clearish copper with a nice soapy head. Big grapefruit aromas with some lemon, grass and along with some arugula. Wonderful carbonation and great medium to light body. Just enough malt to let the hops shine through. Little bit of dill mixed with good lemon and pith notes on the palate. Crisp and refreshing. Draft at Beach Muffin. Murky apricot color with a nice soapy head that dissipates fairly quickly. Plum, peach, honey milk, lemon aromas stand out. Tart with a nice medium to light body with a hint of yogurt. Perfectly refreshing almost like plum yogurt but not heavy in any way. med Amber color. Stewed peaches and apples in the mouth with fair amount of hops. Light body, very nice

Bottle from the brewery. Brilliant golden color, hazy, high, fine head. Nice nose full of lemon, some spicy yeast, honey malts, herbs. Crisp, hoppy flavor, lots of lemon, grass, herbs. Light malt, relatively clean yeast. Authentic and lovely saison! Maybe just a bit too spicy, but excellent.

Tap at Michi Kusa. Lovely orange-golden color, cloudy, thick head. Great fruity nose, lemon, grapefruit. Biscuity, bready malt flavor, grapefruit, citrus. Lovely all the way down the glass.

Tap at Michi Kusa. Pretty, glowing orange-amber with lace. Earthy nose, orange, peach. Tingly, peppery flavor, stone fruits, light caramel and bread. Decent amber.

Dark brown color. Light brown head. Loaded with chocolate malt and roastiness. Malty, med-Full body. Rounded and smooth, with a touch of dark fruit lingering in the finish with cacao powder.

pale golden color. Slightly astringent, grassy nose with tropical fruit notes. Light body, very drinkable. Nice, but not outstanding. Rerate: massively heady nose. Smells like a fresh bag of weed. Unbelievable how close this smells to weed, like no other beer I’ve drank. Dry, with citrusy notes. Dry hoppy mouth with tons of weed. So heady. Lovely.

hazy amber golden color. Very heady nose with lots of tropical fruit, and citrus nose. The mouth is very light, mildly hoppy. Modest bitter finish.
