Tap at Bungalow. Nice toasty malt nose, light caramel and raisin and earthy hops. Nicely spicy flavor, toasty, oranges, cherries, understated and elegant. Rich and tasty but hides the alcohol too well.

Tap at Takumiya. Dark orange-gold, hazy, with a high, fine head. Nose is grapefruit, lemon, crackers. In the flavor, something like Sorachi Ace comes out, lemon, anilla, oak. Crisp crackery malt, decent amount of sweetness, great balance.

Tap at Bungalow. Shonan Waimea IPA 6% 45 IBU Matte copper with a medium body and dry finish. It's got a floral fruity aroma, the taste is fruity wine notes, skuzzy resinous dank weed then I even got some coconut in the aftertaste. This is a weird hop but it makes for a fun beer.

Tap at Ibaraki Bakuon. A clear orange tinted copper with a minimal head and a big orange blossoms aroma. Medium bodied with a dry finish. The taste is floral and fruity at first though you do get some classic west coast piney hop bitterness in the finish. A clean beer that knocked Kuninocho off its best of the fest throne midway through my visit.

Pours orange or light dirty copper. decent belgian farmhouse yeast aroma, spicy and a bit raw. Sweetness and funk, not too much funk though. Taste is nice light bitter, Belgian yeast rules, quite well executed saison actually. Aftertaste is try, slightly tannic and herbal. pleasantly so. Decent and drinkable saison, not overly complex and does exactly what I want it to do.

Kinda odd celery and grapefruity beer that I didn’t particularly enjoy, but overall the beer isn’t bad

very clean hoppy nose with cotton candy with peach and creams. Modestly sweet with odd hoppy character. This is an experimental hop from the Yakima Valley and its one of their better single hopped beers. Good stuff.

Draft - Soured grains. Pale yellow gold with a decent white head. Soured fruity notes, salty and an odd note. This is just very odd and not great.

On tap. Pours a clear yellow golden color with a medium white head. A big swet fruity nose. The flavor is toast, big citrus, oranges, a sweet slick flavor, mango. Quite nice. Smooth as it gets.
