Description
A P'tite Maiz 'is above all a friend thing. We are Christophe and Quentin, two friends who came together in a common project around our passion: the making of beer. We therefore decided to embark on this world in 2011 as an amateur and more professionally since 2015. Christophe takes care of marketing and communication. Quentin, when it comes to production. We carry out together the research and development of future beers in our range.

Thanks for sharing Kraddel + tderoeck +Friends. Sampled draft @ Vini, Birre, Ribelli 2017. Dark brown, little tanned head. Nose is basic cacao, chocolate, leaves, low herbal. Taste is cheap vanilla (the tea apparently), cheap chocolate, bit artificial candy-like,.. Weak bodied. Okay-ish.

330 ml. bottle @ home. Bottled 03.16. Going by the name I assumed that this is an IPL - apparently this is a American Pale Ale - so yeah this is not a pils but also what? Hazy golden, little white. Nose is mango mixed with upleasant plaster & paint with varnish hop, hop profile here is largely not pleasant. Fizzy with some chalky yeast body. Body is pleasant mango hop mixed with unpleasant weed heavy hops, paint, huge unpleasant weeds, plaster, chalk, paint profile going by hop & yeast. Mango profile is pleasant but the rest is unplesant, plaster, chalk, paint etc.
