Bottle. Hazy rust red, dissipating foam. Lovely wood, berry, balsamic nose. Medium to light fizzing body. Light funky base, nice wood aromatics, cherry, persipan, xmas spices - liquid Dominostein. Fresh dry drink.

0.33 l bottle from the brewery's web shop, bottled in February 2022. Slightly hazy, ruby with a thin, frothy, slowly diminishing, off-white head. Sweetish-malty, slightly sourish, rather fruity, slightly vinous and a little funky aroma of sour cherry, bitter almond, red wine, balsamic vinegar, wet leaves and some chocolate. Gently sweet, moderately sour, malty, rather fruity, quite vinous and minimally funky taste of caramel, red wine, balsamic vinegar, sour cherry, wet leaves, chocolate and light wood, followed by a short, slightly tart, vinous, gently woody and a bit funky finish. Medium body, slightly astringent and gently effervescent mouthfeel, soft carbonation. Nice beer, quite rusty and fruity, quite different to a Liefmans Kriek.

Can sourced from Craftbeer-Shop.com and drunk at home (12/04/2022) - New 🇩🇪 brewery ✅ pours hazy gold with a white head. Sweet malty and citrus fruity, kind of a stewed orange, grapefruit, fruit salad, actually pretty sticky sweet, medium body, dry resinous bitter citrus peel hoppy close. Alright.

44cl can. A slightly hazy golden beer with a white head. Aroma of mango, yeast, wheat malt, some maracuja. Taste of mild maracuja, mango, yeast and citrus.

330ml bottle. Cloudy, orange, dark golden colour with average, frothy, half-way lasting, minimally lacing, snow white head. Sweet-ish and sour-ish, fruity aroma, notes of grape sugar, quince, white grapes, whiffs of canned pineapple, a mineral touch of silica. Taste sweet-and-sour fruity, minimally waxy-soapy malty, hints of quince, white grapes, a touch of grape sugar. silica; minimally vinous finish. Watery texture, minimally astringent palate, medium, mildly prickly carbonation. Nice composition, light, refreshing - good.

Bottle. Clear pale golden color with white head. Aroma is very nice quince, not so much of the Riesling noticeable here, but lovely aroma. Taste is light-bodied, quince, a touch tannins, minerals. Almost criminally light-bodied. Sparkly carbonation. Simple and tasty, great aroma profile, but really almost on the watery side, but actually that is quite fitting to this beer. Good quencher!

Bottle picked up from Bierkiste Munich and consumed at home Sunday 17th April 2022 listening to Yard Act - Overlord after a wonderful Balinese Chicken with Apple - Macadamia Sauce and a great Balinese yellow rice. Hazy warm orange with a large white head, fresh zippy bretty nose. Nice softness a really nice wild taste to this.

Bottle. Hazy deep golden color with white head. Aroma is very interesting, dusty-ish, moldy cellar. Taste is mushrooms, moldy, but it kinda works. Oily mouthfeel, medium carbonation. Very interesting to try, but not exactly a beer I'd like to drink more often.
