Can, 3.9%. Fruity and lactic aroma. Cloudy yellow colour. Big stable creamy white head. The flavour is teaish and papery from the fruit, maracuja, I guess. Quite lactic. Clean but not too dry. Well-balanced and refreshing.

Bottle, 2021 version. Bright pinkish red, lightly pink foam. Nice raspberry aroma, a hint citric tartness. Medium to light dry body, light chalky on the palate, foamy mouthfeel. Dry wheaty base, raspberry, a bit vineous retronasal. fun.

Bottle picked up from Bierkiste München and consumed at home Saturday 26th February 2022 listening to the new Bambara six track ep - Love on My Mind, after a morning cutting back hedges. Pours hazy gold with a white head, fruity, a steady yoghurty lactic acid seam runs through, refreshing, dry finish. Good

Bottle. Rather clear reddish color with white head. Aroma is raspberries, pretty simple, but tasty. Taste is definite rosé wine, raspberries, not too tart, sparkly carbonation. Nice one, great balance, albeit rather simple.

Keg at the hanging bat. Pours deep ruby, nose is berries, chocolate, roasted, grape, taste is tart, jammy, oak, roasted.

Can, I think from Beyond Beer. Pale orange haze with a huge, beautiful head. Nose is Maracuja, lychee, tropical sour notes. Cotton candy on the tongue, mild sourness, easy drinking with medium body. Very nice!

0.33 l bottle from the brewery's web shop, bottled in January 2022. Slightly hazy, deep amber with a medium large, frothy, almost stable, white head. Sweetish, a little sourish, rather fruity and slightly vinous aroma of quince, orange jam, some white wine and light wood. Hardly sweet, moderately sour, rather dry, quite fruity and a bit vinous taste of quince, rhubarb, wood, overripe gooseberry and traces of white wine, followed by a short, gently tart, rather dry, slightly citric finish. Medium body, slightly astringent and gently effervescent mouthfeel, soft carbonation. Pleasant sour ale, nicely fruity and well-balanced, not overly complex though.

Bottle. Cloudy yellow, white head, some tiny floaties. Initial tart & yeasty aroma, light leather, orangepeel. Medium body, chewy, fine sparkly. Fine orange flavor notes, grapemust, white wine tartness, restrained brett notes, sparkly fruity. Fresh and fun.
