330ml bottle from Chez Sophie. Pours a deep amber, good fluffy off-white head. Nutty malts on the nose. Nice and light on the palate, lightly toasted nutty malt character with some rye bread, and fruit cake hints with a subtle underlying caramel sweetness. Overall quite a well-rounded, pintworthy dunkel.

330ml bottle. Pours clear gold, medium white head. Aroma is floral, yeasty perhaps, sweet. Taste is clean with a moderate sweetness, soft yeast, citrus, floral with a light body. Lager notes are evident from both the malt and noble hops, but not off-putting. Good sessionable blonde with welcome soft sweetness.

Frothy white head stayed impeccably on a highly effervescent hazy sandy coloured body. Bitter pithy aroma. Medium bodied, well carbonated & quite harsh on the tongue with a clean dry finish. Very bitter tastes of pith, citrus, orange & malt hints.

Hazy deep gold beer, thin pale cream colour head. Smooth palste, mildly dry, decent fine carbonation. Smooth malts, modestly sweet. Very smooth hop skunk blends well with the mild pine. Modest orange and resinous orange peel. Airy spicy finish. Not bad at all.
