Bottle sample at a tasting at Max's place. Thanks Alexey. Cloudy yellow. Nice fruity hops, tropical, citric, some wheat, rather dry, graininess, moderately bitter finish, quite light-bodied. Nice and refreshing.

Appearance- golden, some haze, bubbles, a half finger off-white head. Aroma- banana, wheaty malt, fresh hops, citrus fruit. Taste- juicy fruit, orange, hint of pineapple, lemonade, fruity hops, wheat malt backbone, some caramel.

Bottle @ Vinomondo, Conwy. Golden with a small head. Hoppy ale, with a fruitiness in both aroma and taste, but a very bland one.

Bottle from Vinomondo, Conwy. Golden-blonde with a very thin head. Hoppy, without a lot of obvious wheat character, but it’s a tasty enough brew all the same. Has a hint of lager malt.

Bottle shared on Level 42 19/07/2017. Many thanks to Daniel for this one. A cola brown coloured pour with a halo of beige head. Aroma is Rye bread, big rustic nutty malts, earthy roast. Flavour is composed of brown sugars, cola cubes, earthy roast, roasted nuts, powdered chocolate. Palate is semi sweet, frothy carbonation, smooth. Drying finish. Not bad at all.

Bottle shared in London - thanks to Danny. Pours clear brown with a frothy, tan head. The aroma holds lightly toasted brown bread, soft roast. Light sweet flavour with light tangy dark malts, earth, leather, berries, vague dry cocoa. Light bodied with light carbonation. Dry finish, some toasty bread, subtle cocoa. So so.

Bottle at L42. It pours clear dark brown with a medium light tan head. The aroma is earthy, toasty, treacle, malt loaf, brown bread, cardboard and toast. The taste is earthy, toasty, wood, tannin, cardboard, cacao, leather, dirt and muted spice with a drying finish. Medium body and high, foamy carbonation. Pretty basic and earthy.

Bottle split at L42, thanks to Daniel, 19/07/17. Rich mahogany brown with a decent light beige cap. Nose is cocoa powder, brown bread, grains, charr, mellow roast. Taste comprises chocolate biscuit, spice, charr, mellow roast, brown bread, dark fruit whisper, light peppery spice. Medium bodied, moderate carbonation, drying close. Ok porter.
