Big and bold but nothing fancy or weird. Roasted sweet malt notes, chocolate, caramel, toasted crackers, bit of molasses. Full body. A bit of earth and cereal grain. Sweet without being cloying. Well balanced. Maybe not all that exciting but still good.

Aromat słodki słodowy, chmielowy owocowy, z dość mocnym akcentem karmelowym.
Smak jest generalnie wytrawny, ziołowy. Browar podaje, że goryczka jest na poziomie 50 IBU i teoretycznie jest to dość wysoko, jednak wydaje się być dużo niższa. Mimo wszystko smak jest przyjemnie goryczkowy.

Slowly building up to small cream-tan head over almost black beer. Chocolate, liquorice, but also traces of hop. And there are whiffs of smoke. Smokey, stout acidity, vinous and unnamed booze of superior quality. Roast, and a malty sweetness, despite lots of coloured malts. Breadcrust and a whiff of saltiness, as from oystes. Utterly chewy & full bodied, yet good carbonation. Alcoholburn, fiery. Really great stout - down with all the milli-vanilli additions!

Slowly building and fast disappearing tan rim over black, viscous beer. Sweet coffee, chocolated, bit perfumey, vanilla, young oak. Dry(er) coffee, with a whiff of vanilla and dark chocolate. Then whiffs of mint and fish. Certainly not as sweet as the nose suggested. Chewy, full bodied, alcoholwarming. Why so sweet? Even when this one is somewhat held back, one want water after this.

2/3rd's from the tap at Fogg Bar Birras & Cheese in Madrid. Pours a slightly see though near black rather like a popular cola soft drink which I don't actually like. But this is highly enjoyable with aromas & tastes of coffee, citrus, flora, pine & roasted malt. Medium body. Moderate bitter finish
