375mL bottle, drunk 7/29/23. Clear, peachy-brass-golden. No sound upon opening, no head, no carb it seems. Well that sucks, guess the seal on the bottle was bad. Wasn't oxidized yet but it's just too much Brett and peach acid and malt to not be carbonated whatsoever. Brett seems well done if a bit over developed, with gentle peach and a good maltiness. Sort of a placeholder rating. Will try again when I go up there.

750mL bottle drunk 7/23/23. Clear, dark. Beige head to ring. Smells like brett, light cherry, light roast, light vanilla. No big malts. No alcohol, no flaw. Soft, watery, thin, not very flavorful. Chocolate, roots, wood, cherry. Thin, watery, light roast. Light acetic. Light malic. Vanilla, wood. Water for days. Why is this so watery? I guess the base beer is just a light porter, so you cant expect it to be huge-bodied but it still seems too thin, regardless.

375mL bottle at the brewery, 7/14/23. Clear, bright golden-brass-maize. Large, white head. Beautiful, well-expressed, not overly acidic or sweet plum with the Brett seen from the pear version and maybe a bit more fruit. Skin, pulp, juice....clean, clear, juicy. Soft, malty, bretty, juicy with massively delicious fruit character. Clean, malty, wheaty, bretty. Big plum, low sweetness. Better than Hill's Harvest series...

375mL bottle at the brewery, 7/14/23. Clear, brass-bronze. White head to ring. Nose is just wow. A lovely, homogenized mix of mellow but aromatic pear and Brett. Good acidity with honey and biscuit malts gently supporting. Clean, bright, so nicely done on the pear with no excess sweetness. Soft, juicy, tart, brett-forward. Excellent malt character. Sweet but balanced with floral, honey and pear juice easing into Brett and lactic acidity. Clean. Just stunning on the fruit and Brett.

Bottle at the source. Hazy to cloudy golden yellow color, large white head with really good retention. Aroma of dusty white pepper, subtle pear. Pear is much more present in the taste with tons of wet earth and black pepper. Tasty variant for Brett lovers

Bottle at the source. Clearish golden yellow color, almost flat. Aroma of general funk and dust, overripe stonefruit. Taste is tart stonefruit. Undercarbonated and a bit too tart for me. But still tasty

Bottle at the source. Hazy golden yellow color, white head with good retention. Aroma of overripe plus carried by swraty animals into dusty barns snd stored amongst the cobwebs. Taste is dusty funky light fruit light tannins. Big Brett, many thanks for that.

Canned 9/14/22, drunk 2/20/22. Clear dark, dark beige head, moderate retention. Clean, malty, quite dry in the nose with hints of toast, honey and lots of mineral and light ash. Soft, malty, well-attenuated, clean and lightly bready with hints of toast, light caramel and chocolate. Good base malt character with no excessive specialty malts. Mineral and low hop character with no flaw or alcohol noted.

Bottle shared in NH. Pours clear gold with a small, creamy white head. Lightly sweet, mellow funk, citrus nips, light lemon balm, a little salty. Light bodied with delicate carbonation. Clean and quenching finish, more mellow salty bite, citric twang. Quite tasty and drinkable.
