Description
A humble brewery making honest beer.
After years honing our skills in the brewing and process industry, we set forth to create a brewery with a simple mission; to produce honest beer. The result is a 7,000bbl brewery located in Northern Vermont that is capable of brewing any style of ales and lagers. The brewery takes inspiration from lesser known European beer styles, along with local Vermont life to guide our brews. The attention to detail, modern equipment, and love for beer help produce truly authentic, unique beers. Cheers!

Frothy white head stayed on a hazy light golden still body. Punchy citrus aroma with hops & onion. Medium to full bodied, well carbonated & dry on the back. Bitter pithy citrus, pine, grapefruit, perfume, earth & lemon tastes. No malts here...

Can bought at BrewDog Leicester, drunk at home. Light yellow, almost straw, hazy with no head. Seawater, grapefruit peel, lemon juice in the aroma. Gorgeous taste, starting with a hoppy citrus bitterness which fades and leaves a gentle saltiness in the short finish. Heavily carbonated. Simple, but it's really really nice.

Can pour into nonic pint glass from Total Wine & More, Burlington. Appearance is cloudy yellow with effervescent sparkle, 2-finger width fizzy white head with poor retention and trace lacing. Aroma is sweet grapefruit, stone fruit, tangerine, melon. Taste is strong sweet grapefruit and melon with mild hint of herb. Mouthfeel is light-to-medium bodied with smooth, frothy texture, soft carbonation and finish as taste with lingering bitterness. Overall, mosaic tends to do pretty well in one-hop offerings in general, but this is one that brings out its features nicely. Good.

Solid Citra DIPA, full of grapefruit, lemondrops, and pine, with a mineral bitterness on the back end shoring up any grainy sweetness. Not a classic, but a nice pint nonetheless.

Can shared in London - picked up in Vermont. Pours murky orange with a foamy, white head. Quite bitter, lots of citrus rind, grass, light oily pine. Medium to full bodied with fine to average carbonation. Lightly warming finish, with a little resinous pine, dried pale bread, semi-ripe citrus. Clean bitter aftertaste. Not bad.

Can on the train home, 68011, picked up at BD Xoho 11/10/19. Light haze on a golden blonde pour with a decent off white cap. Nose is orange pith, grassy, toasted malts, light pine, ripe melon. Taste comprises grassy bite, assertive hop bitterness, bitter orange, grapefruit zest, toasted malts, pine needle, light hop spice. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, drying close spiked with balanced lightly aggressive leafy hop bitterness. Decent enough DIPA if something short of being from the top draw.
