Cask at Moon Under Water, Wolverhampton. Pours golden amber with minimal off-white head. There’s corn and grains in the aroma here – but not to a huge extent. In the mouth it is bitterness which hits first, quickly followed by sweet fruitiness with summer fruits and some underlying caramel and malts. Still later there are floral hops and hints of oranges. Finish is slightly bitter. This is pretty decent – not a full blown IPA by an means, but some way from being a bitter.
