Cask at CBC Clerkenwell - London. Pours clear gold with a creamy white head. Pale malt nose, some dry straw. Light sweet flavor with dry dough, hay, light dry lemon. Light bodied with fine carbonation. Good condition. Mellow bitterness in the end, mild sweet and dry pale malts, faint white bread, more dried lemon. Nice.

Chelmsford Beer Festival. Almost clear amber beer with decent pale cream coloured head. Palate is light and crispy. Semi dry. Fuck me! Big skunky hops here. Touches of grass and weed. Light marmalade and lemon. Skunk dies down a little. Mild tea. Nice lactose sweet malt base. Finishes light and crisp. Good stuff again from Tyne Bank.

Cask at Craft Clerko, cheers to Paul for the split, 26/06/13. Lightly hazed golden with a very thin off white head that dissipates edgeward. Nose is bitter grapefruit, dank hops, orange, light caramel, sugars, hint of booze. Taste comprises orange pith, grapefruit, bitter hops, piney notes. Full end of medium bodied, hop bitterness and a touch of booze in the finish. Decent strongish cask IPA - well balanced and drinkable.

Cask at CBC, Clerkenwell. It pours golden amber with a small off-white head. The nose is earth, wood, leather, varnish, light resin, toffee and butterscotch. The taste is pretty watery, earth, wood, mild toast, pond-water, dull bitterness, faint must and astringency with a dry finish. Light-medium body and soft carbonation. A bit watery. So-so bitter.

Cask at the 2013 Maidenhead Beer Festival. Straw coloured with a loose white head; grapefruit aroma; fruity grapefruit taste; long dry grapefruit finish. Did I mention that it’s rather grapefruity?

500ml bottle. Clear orange-gold amber pour, foam white head that retains leaving alittle lacing and aroma of malt caramel & tropical fruits with hints of citrus, hop resin, pine. Taste is malt with gooseberry, grapefruit citrus and some biscuit, through to a lingering dry bitter finish. Smooth mouth feel, soft to medium carbonation. Quite drinkable.
