Cask at GBBF. It pours clear golden - amber good white head. The aroma is sweet, sticky, grass, hay, biscuit, earthy, wood and dried fruits. The taste is dry, bitter, earthy, soapy, grainy, damp grass, wood, earth, spice, leather and a twist is citrus with a dry finish. Medium body and fine carbonation. Great condition, which makes it stand out at gbbf. Not bad.

28th May 2017: Burning Soul Brewery tasting session. 500ml bottle thanks to me. Red hue to the mahogany body, decent white head on top. Malty brew with a mild nutty feel in the flavours amongst the malty molasses that help to make this a fairly sweet beer.

500ml bottle from Greenhams in Ryde: BBD 23rd Feb 18. Poured into a UK pint sleeve at home on 13th Apr 17. Having a ’random tasting session’ with myself today: Belgium, USA, Japan, Spain and Scotland represented so far: Isle of Wight being the fifth beer in the game. Beige head on a clear, light amber body. Glad they mentioned ’Coriander’ on the label because I was trying to decide what the extra dimention was in the nose and taste: not too sure coriander would have been my guess to be honest. Light citrus notes balanced out by a good malty base and those coriander spicy notes. Liked it.

T42 tasting on me Birfaday. Thanks to Daniel. Clear gold beer, no head. Palate is light and semi dry. Modest fine carbonation. Light malts, sweetish. Some soapy floralness. Light garlic. Trace of citrus in the light dry finish. Fun to try but I hope this isn’t a trend like chilli beers.
