Isle of Wight Holiday Beer#84. More local tasting with this deeper golden coloured session ale. Traditional in design with a hop-malt sweetness in both aroma and taste, and some sugars. Duke Of York pub close to the Floating Bridge ferry.

Isle Of Wight Holiday Beer#76. Third beer of the Yarmouth pub beer festival this weekend. An island session beer. Easy, light hoppy, no problem down the palate, looks good too.

Isle Of Wight Holiday Beer#68. Picked this local one up earlier in the co-op in Ryde. Dark easy porter. It's a mild version of the style in taste, sweeter dark malty in aroma and flavour with hints of chocolate. Pleasant stuff.

Isle Of Wight Holiday Beer#44. Found at the Morrisons on the edge of Sandown, where they just seem to stock all bottle conditioned ales from the island regardless of season. Christmas has come early for me! Mild winter spices, winter warmer texture and sticky-sweet taste.

Isle Of Wight Holiday Beet#37. Session golden ale. Hopped, a little watery. Traditional taste. Sat on the one single seater bench out front, which is directly over the cellar doors. Plus it was before 2pm so technically I shouldn't have been there.

Isle Of Wight Holiday Beer#38. Golden, carbonated bland, but fine with a seaview on a hot day.

Isle Of Wight Holiday Beer#26. Bought at Osborne House, drank on the beach by Ryde Pier. Session stuff really as it has inoffensive amounts of garlic, hardly noticeable beyond it's more dominant hoppy character.

Isle Of Wight Holiday Beer#20. Mildly hazed dirtier golden colour with a small head. Hoppy, easy session beer, traditional, not overly endearing but fine. Found at the Castle Inn, in Newport.
