Bottled. Clear amber, airy head. Resiny nose. Sweet spritzy and fizzy with some rounde malt underneath. Notes of sulphur, lemon and yeast. Harsh resiny finish. Disappointing.

Bottle @ GBBF 2006. Pours a hazy golden colour with a small off-white head. Malty fruity spicy aroma. Sweet malty fruity yeasty citrus flavor. Long malty aftertaste.

Cask at GBBF 2006. Black with ruby hints, disappearing beige head. Farty aroma. Some prune. Some juicyness. Not that great.

(Bottle 50 cl) Hazy amber with a creamy, white head. Tart, citrusy nose. Very thin-bodied. No real malty feel, just sourish almost Brett-like accents. Lightly hoppy, dry finish. Obviously another bottle conditioning gone terribly wrong. 290106

A hazy orange beer with a thick white head. The aroma is slightly acidic combined with notes of oranges. The flavor is sweet with primary notes of straw, but also a slight spicy note.

[Cask at GBBF 2005] A hazy brown beer with a small off-white head. The aroma is sweet malty and slightly roasted, while the flavor is sweet with light notes of metal, caramel, and roasted malt, leading to a dry end.

Cask conditioned at the 32nd Cambridge Beer Festival, gravity dispense. Brownish golden colour. Complex aroma of blackcurrants, blackberries and hay, some sherry too. Malty flavour with tolerable hops, hints of blackcurrant leaves and marsala (Italian fortified wine). Very moderate hops in the finish, slightly dusty.
