Pig's Ear. Cask. Not sure what the difference between this and 'AK Pale' is, but both appear to exist. Almost clear pale gold beer, small white head. Smooth palate, semi dry, decent fine carbonation. Not bad condition. Thin pale malts. Good flodal mid. Slightly ripe citrus. Pithy orange and yellow grapefruit. Light dry pithy finish. It's all right.
