17/01/2020. Cask at the 11th Elysian Winter Beer Festival. Pours clear amber with a small bubbly off-white head. Aroma of malt, fruit, straw, hops, caramel and citrus. Moderate sweetness, medium bitterness. Moderate body, slight oily texture, soft carbonation. Decent beer.

ABV: 3.7%. Clear medium orange yellow colour with a small, fizzy, fair lacing, fully diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, spicy, perfume, lemon, honey. Flavor is moderate sweet and light bitter with a average duration, lemon, honey, sweet malt, fruity malt, medium dry. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft to flat. 13/12/2019. Cask at the Fat Cat, Ipswich. Pours clear golden with a small just off-white head. Aroma of citrus, grapefruit, hops, caramel and flowers. Medium sweetness, moderate bitterness. Moderate body, oily texture, soft carbonation. Pretty decent beer, and a great pump clip!

Cask gravity at the Pig's ear beer festival 05/12/2017. A murky golden orange coloured pour with a halo of white head. Aroma is doughy wheat, spiyc citrus, wit yeast notes. Flavour is composed of flabby doughy yeast, grassy, zesty citrus, lemongrass,light yeast. Palate is flabby wheat, moderate carbonation ok.

Bottle. Smooth mild dry beginning. Malt there, caramel with typical Ale bitterness. Very nice and round, refreshing and smooth, rich and deep with a nice bitter malty ending.
