Cask at Brunswick, Derby. Pours a dark (almost very dark) reddish-brown with a small foamy cream head. Mainly malts in the aroma, plus some fruity hints. In the mouth it is sweet with malts and dark fruits to the fore plus traces of hops and nuts. Later there are hints of caramel, raspberries and dried fruit too. Sweetness lingers in the finish. This is decent – quite a bit of flavour for the strength.

Cask handpull at County Hotel JDW Ashford Hazy dirty gold colour lasting white head. Yes a decent tropical pale ale. Needs a big more malt. Tropical fruit is relatively light. Not any real bitterness. It's ok. Nothing amazing but OK.
