33 cl bottle @ home. Very dark brown color. Beige head, leaving a thing layer. Aroma’s: barnyard, burnt rubber, with some chocolate sweetness and bretty/fruity sourness retronasal. Flavor is moderate sweet, chocolate-y. Brett notes throughout. Medium bodied. Finishes slightly dry, lightly smoked, moderate bitter. Next time with saccharomyces please.

Bottle from ABC Beers, Den Haag. Poured a hazy straw colour with a bubbly white head. The aroma is big yeast, zesty sherbet citrus, chilli spice. The flavour is moderate sweet, light bitter with a yeast, sweet malt, floral hop bitter, light spice palate. Medium to light bodied with average carbonation. A light but flavour packed beer.

Bottle from ABC Beers, Den Haag. Poured a deep mahogany with a frothy tan head. The aroma is roasted malt, sweet toffee caramel, light coffee. The flavour is strong bitter, light sweet with a dry malt, mineral peaty, light hop bitter palate. Medium to bodied with soft carbonation. A great beer for the ABV and plenty going on.

Tap @ Kafe Belgie, medium sample, served in a flute. Slight hazy yellow to golden color, short white head. Aroma of soft grassy and citrussy hops. Slight clean and bitter in taste, Slight grainy malts. Crisp, clean, low alcohol. Easy drinker. Might get a bit boring after a while though.

Draft at Beer Temple. Pours hazy golden with a white head. Aroma of peppery saison yeast, light funk, citrus and light dough. Flavour is light sweet and light moderate bitter. Light medium bodied with soft carbonation.

On tap @ Beer Temple. Pale yellow color, cloudy. Big, rocky, dense white head with good retention and lacing. Aroma’s: grain, citrus/lemon/fruit. Retronasal it’s grainish, fruity, caramellish, somewhat perfumey. Flavor is light bitter, light sweet with hints fruity sourness. OK bodied, not thin. Finishes slightly dry, light bitter. Tasty and refreshing.
