From tap at Little Delirium, Amsterdam. Roasty malty aroma with loads of coffee, espresso, vanilla beans, and coffee grounds. Plentiful coffee assault, flavour is more roasty bitter than sweet. Body is above medium. Good stuff, could have used more body, the coffee works well.

Bottle from Drankenhandel Leiden. Aroma is dark malt with smoke, caramel, roast, ash, chocolate, chalk, hint of coffee. Flavour is moderate to medium sweet with a fairly roasty bitter finish. Body is medium. Nicely smokey and chalky, pretty bitter, modest body.

From tap at Café De Gezelligheid, Zwolle. Aroma is caramel malt with hoppy notes, notes of orange. Nice bitterness, sweetish too. Reddish fruits. Good, medium body, nice balance between malty sweetness and hoppy bitterness.

Can from Lekkerbier, Sint Nicolaasga. Nicely roasty aroma with coffee, cocoa, some burnt notes with a touch of charcoal, chocolate. Lingering roast. Bittersweetish flavour with a long bitter finish. Body is medium to full. Solid basic Imperial Stout, nice and roasty.

33cl Blik. Mistig diepgouden kleur, witte kraag. Granig, tarwe, phenolen, gist, banaan, hint van guave, de fruitigheid maakt het bier nog enigszins aangenaam, vind dit verder geen topper. Lichte body.
