Description
Last beer was released in July 2021 and common consensus is that this is the year the brewery should be set as closed.
Do note that due to the nature of the beers produced both BrewDog and other online retailers continued to sell the beers for many years after the closure.
Dedicated to exploring and pushing the boundaries of what is possible with fermentation, we are on a quest to redefine Wild and Sour beers, forever. With a purpose-built facility where craft and nature find harmony, we utilise wild yeasts and microbes from our environment and ingredients sourced from all around the world.

330 ml bottle. Murky dark brown with a small creamy head. Pumpernickel, toffee, lactic acid, caramel, lime, red currant, arctic cranberries, balsamic vinegar, red wine, oak barrel, tannins, robusta coffee beans, leather. Acidic sourness, malty sweetness. Full bodied, oily texture, lively carbonated, dry sour malty sweet finish. Very complex and full of flavor for that low abv. Great!

Bottle, dark brown with a thin head. Super nose, sour raspberry with dark roasted grain overtones. In the flavor I get a bit of wood, balsamic vinegar, hint of smoke, and not much of the advertised whisky (but I think it's overpowered). Nice but a bit too tangy/acidic for my taste.
