Description
Last beer was released in July 2021 and common consensus is that this is the year the brewery should be set as closed.

Do note that due to the nature of the beers produced both BrewDog and other online retailers continued to sell the beers for many years after the closure.

Dedicated to exploring and pushing the boundaries of what is possible with fermentation, we are on a quest to redefine Wild and Sour beers, forever. With a purpose-built facility where craft and nature find harmony, we utilise wild yeasts and microbes from our environment and ingredients sourced from all around the world.

Bottle. It's semi-clear beer, brown in color, with a small dark beige head. The aroma has a delicious vinegar-ish fruityness, with red berries, dark dried fruits, lots of oak, some nutty notes and a good dash of caramel. Raisin. It's quite tart on the palate, berry-sour, nicely carbonated, with some fruity sweetness. Raisin, oak, caramel, red berries, hints of vinegar and nuts, with wood and a touch of booze in the flavor. Lasting fruity finish with lots of delicious malty and sour flavors. Yummi. 210516

On tap at Brewdog, Birmingham. Pours almost black with minimal beige head. The nose is understated, but has some roasted malts. In the mouth, the main sensation is of a fruity sourness, blueberries, plums, blackcurrants There’s a creamy texture and also sweet malts underneath if you look for them. Not bad, but the sourness is so obviously fake it puts you off.

This is a very tart sharp beer. Dark fruits, lots of cranberry sourness. Not much “stout” about it other than the color. Unique big beer for sipping. Hopcult dresden

Bottle, small stable bubbly head, hazy light red color with orange taints, aroma of peach, wood, cinnamon, and a lactic hint, flavor of plum, cinnamon and clove and some lactic notes behind, medium mellow sourness. Really good.
