Bottle. Pineapple-orange hops aroma. Bright orange-yellow with small head. Initially a strong sweet orange juice flavor followed by moderate citrus hops. An excellent IPA.

Bottle. Honey malt aroma. Bright golden yellow color with small head. Lightly sweet malt flavor with no bitterness. A very well made Koelsch - one of the best outside of Cologne.

Bottle courtesy of Hogtownharry: Poured a medium brown color beer with a nice big foamy head with good retention. Aroma of sweet cookie dough with some yeast characteristic. Taste is somewhat dominated by the sweet cookie dough, some yeast and some dry fruits. Body is a bit thin and carbonation is just perfect. Overall, I wasn’t expecting this to be such good Belgian ale.

Lots of brett and possibly the best of the three recent Belgian styles releases from Goose Island. Poured well chilled. Even while cold there is a substantial barnyard quality to the beer that improves as the beer warms a bit. Flavor has sweet malt; sugar. The hops and light and delicate and work well with the other flavors. There is also light fruit as well. A great looking beer, enormous white head that lasts a long time. Minimal sediment.

Cloudy vibrant amber colour. Big fresh grassy, citrusy, slightly woody hop nose. Well-rounded flavours, lots of fruity, citrusy hops and clean pale malts. Certainly not one to blow minds, but very well-made and of universal appeal.
