Sample at CBC 2013, Friday. Dark brown with a minimal head. Light roasted, chocolate, licorice, fruit and some vanilla. Rather soft despite the alcohol.

Sample at CBC 2013, Friday. Hazy amber with a small white head. Aroma and taste of juniper, spices, citrus, hops and some caramel. A bit strange but quite nice after all. Not that bitter.

[5/3/13] Cask at Copenhagen Beer Celebration 2013. Black-colored and flat. Aroma of whiskey and chocolate. Flavor of chocolate, bourbon, vanilla, wood, roastiness and lots of alcohol. Medium-bodied.

On tap at CBC, pours an amber-tinged black with almost no head. Aroma of deep dark fruits, cocoa, and some light roast. Flavour of light roasted malt, deep dark fruits, and cocoa. Very soft palate, with a chocolatey mouthfeel. Medium complexity. Great stuff.

On tap at CBC, pours a hazy orange with a small beige head. Aroma of dry citrus hops, bready caramel malts, and toasted nuts. Flavour of toasted malts, dry bready malt, and toasted nuts. Very dry and bready. Doesn't strike me as a barley, as it's not complex in any way. Decent.

Fat på CBC 2013. Kolsvart söt Kaffe-IS fullpackad med smak. Ganska söt, sötlakrits, kaffe, choklad, vanilj, fudge och torkad frukt. Välbalanserad, låg beska, riktigt god.

On tap at CBC, pours a cloudy golden with almost no head. Aroma of lemons, citrus and hay. Flavour brings out similar notes of acidic lemons. Not very sophisticated stuff, but not a disaster either. Decent stuff.
