Description
Siren Craft Brew exists to encourage more people to enjoy, fall for and experiment with craft beer.
The Sirens of Greek mythology would entice mariners with their magical songs. Their voices would entwine into a complex, layered melody. At Siren Craft Brew, we work in a similar way, combining four ingredients that interact together in magical ways to create our ales. Each beer is individual, overflowing with flavour, aroma and texture. Each holds its own secret. Each is a little dangerous.
Liquid Mistress, Under Current, Sound Wave and Broken Dream are here to tease, sway and persuade. They gently beckon you to a new world of taste. Let yourself be carried away. Be enticed…

[33cl can from Beer52.] A glossy peaty brown coloured pour with a thick tan head; aroma of roasted grains; crisp bitter taste with some sweet malts and toast; then a kick of hops adding bitterness to the finish. A solid porter.

Moderately hazed deep amber to golden topped with an off white cap that thins to the edge.
Nose is orange marmalade, grass, grapefruit, pine needle.
Taste comprises bitter orange, grass, pine needle, mandarin, hint of mango.
Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close spiked with light juicy come grassy hop bitterness
Decent enough DIPA if lacking Nelson expression.

6/XII/25 - 44cl can from Gedeelde Vreugde (webshop), shared @ home, BB: 14/XI/25, G3226, canned: 14/II/25 13:32 (2025-1349)
Pretty cloudy yellow blond beer, small creamy white head, unstable, non adhesive. Aroma: very fruity, juicy, a little dank, tropical fruits, some oatmeal? MF: soft carbon, medium body. Taste: surprisingly sweet start, fruity notes, soft bitterness, tropical fruits, citrus, nice stuff, good! Aftertaste: a bit too sweet to my liking, oatmeal, orange peel, a hint of grapefruit.
