Siren Craft Brew exists to encourage more people to enjoy, fall for and experiment with craft beer. The Sirens of Greek mythology would entice mariners with their magical songs. Their voices would entwine into a complex, layered melody. At Siren Craft Brew, we work in a similar way, combining four ingredients that interact together in magical ways to create our ales. Each beer is individual, overflowing with flavour, aroma and texture. Each holds its own secret. Each is a little dangerous. Tap at Siren, 7th November 2025. Pours off clear orange. Aroma is pleasant, floral. Taste is smooth, easy drinking, prefer Soundwave though

Can at home, 23rd November 2025. Pours black, aroma is milk chocolate, cocoa, taste is sweet, light spice, milk chocolate. Nice enough, but the Dark version is better.

On tap at The Rusty Bucket, Eltham. Nose is dark chocolate, cacao, bonfire toffee, coffee. Taste is coconut toffee, dark chocolate, raisin, nuts, cacao beans. Boozy sweet finish.

Loose white head on a hazy pale golden coloured body.
Melon, pine & zesty green hop aroma.
Medium bodied, soft on the tongue with a cloying back.
Melon, white wine, herbal & vegetal tastes with a zesty grapefruit finish.

Copper with a tall tan head. Biscuit malts, lightly fruity, toffee, earth, grass. Finishes with more toasted biscuits and a grassy dry profile. Medium bodied. Enjoyable.

Can at home, 22nd November 25. Pours black and thick. Aroma is dark chocolate, taste is rich, dark chocolate, light spice, bitter and never runs too sweet - excellent from Siren, who are a bit homogeneous with their Pales these days

Lighter shade of black topped with a lasting khaki head.
Nose is dark malts, spruce tips, light roast, cacao nibs, toasted brown sugars.
Taste comprises chocolate, spice, mellow barrel, coffee bean.
Medium bodied, fine carbonation, drying close with a balanced rising boost.
Solid.
