Description
Siren Craft Brew exists to encourage more people to enjoy, fall for and experiment with craft beer. The Sirens of Greek mythology would entice mariners with their magical songs. Their voices would entwine into a complex, layered melody. At Siren Craft Brew, we work in a similar way, combining four ingredients that interact together in magical ways to create our ales. Each beer is individual, overflowing with flavour, aroma and texture. Each holds its own secret. Each is a little dangerous. Liquid Mistress, Under Current, Sound Wave and Broken Dream are here to tease, sway and persuade. They gently beckon you to a new world of taste. Let yourself be carried away. Be enticed…

Casi negra, opaca. Bonito efecto cascada siguiendo las instrucciones. Espuma beige no muy abundante pero cremosa y de excelente retención. Aroma a malta tostada, toques torrefactos, café. Oleosa en boca, suave, de amargor moderado, seca. Ricas maltas tostadas, notas de chocolate y bastante café con apunte ligero de lactosa.

Can. Hazy yellowish gold beer, small but tidy bubbly pale cream colour head. Light palate, mildly dry, good fine minerally carbonation. Light bodied pale malts, a nice light creamy sweetness. Galaxy shining brightly here as it should. Crisp cooling pine, a light hop spice. Tangerine, mandarin, tropical fruits, all bright and fresh. A light and semi dry finish. Really nice single hop IPA, showcasing modern Galaxy really well. It's a very different hop from the one that first turned up a decade and more ago. That hop was a really bitter bastard and tasted of canned fruit salad. I kinda miss that hop but this version is rather splendid to.

Can from M&S. Nose is chocolate, caramel, fudgy. Taste is very sweet, catering chocolate, vanilla, cream, lightly fruity, leading to a slightly ashy finish.

A bit disjointed.
