6 oz. taster @ EBC. Color is a lightly hazy gold, white head. Aroma of ginger and spice. Flavor is light with the lavender giving a real herbal punch at the backside of this sip. The main backbone is zesty wheat. Light body with a slightly watery texture.

6 oz. taster @ EBC. Color is clear gold with good white, lasting head. Nose is subtle citrus hops and caramel malt. Flavor is malt upfront, and very slight grassy hops. Body was very thin. Less hoppy than our waiter had us believe. I would have like something with a bit of a kick in it someplace.

From tap at Ginger Man. Pours hazy orange with a small white head. Aroma is peachy and grapefruity hoppy. Peachy and solid grapefruity, wineous grapy too. Bitter and smooth fruity into a crisp hoppy finish.

Tap at Brewers Choice. It not often the "herb" in spice Spice/Herb/vegetable dictates the rating so when it does I’m all over it. Pours golden with herbaceous nose. tastes of yeast, vanilla, tropical fruits, and nice basil mouthfeel. a good palate cleanser for the beerfest

On tap at Pony Bar HK. Pours a translucent dark brown with a quickly fading white head. Aroma is all spice cabinet, some brown sugar, some malt but mostly nutmeg, ginger, black pepper, cardamom. Flavor is the same, lightly malty and sweet but mostly just a spice bomb. Full bodied, spicy finish.

Location: Draft at Mission Dolores, 9/8/12
Aroma: The nose is mostly spice and wheat
Appearance: It pours cloudy golden color with a white head
Flavor: The flavor is much the same, spice, wheat, and vegetation
Palate: The body is medium, it has a tingly feel, and a somewhat decent finish
Overall Impression: This is a pretty nice Belgian White with spice and vegetables. I like it more then I expected. It was certainly worth a try.

On tap at the Half Pint, Manhattan - 01/03/12. Golden/Amber colour with a thin off-white head. Grapefruit and orange zest lead the citrus hop aromas. Initial sweet malt flavour gives way to the citrus fruits, grassy notes and a good level of bitterness. Medium bodied and a dry bitter finish. Decent 6/7% IPA.
