A golden amber ale with a thin white head. Light herbal hops in aroma with light chalky notes. In mouth, a smooth light pale ale with decent floral hops, subdued grapefruit, quite nice and smooth, lighter bodied. On cask at the People’s Real Ale Fest, Clarke’s Ale House, April 30 2010.

Tap at the Pony Bar. I’ve had various cream ales in the past, but the "cream" part has just never really been there - until now. Thanks to the nitro pour, this baby’s got the goods: a golden hue topped off by a thick, creamy white head. As I drank the brew over 10 minutes or so, it never lost that cream cap. Aroma was lightly sweet malts, some caramel, and faint hops. Flavor is tasty, with some earth malt tones along with mild hop bitterness. Mouthfeel intensely creamy and full. Finish is lightly bitter and very satisfying.

Colour of unfermented wine must with a thin white head. An interesting arma of Epsom salt, sulfurs and Welch grape juice. In mouth, sweetish grape must in mineral water, nice little salty notes, overall, a bizarre and off experiment. Tasted at CNY brewfest, Feb. 6 2010.

From tap at Union Ale. Pours dark deep orange, clear, and with a small tan head. Aroma is mild roasted malty. Crisp hoppy, peachy and slight tea like fruity. Bitter and slight citric flavoured. Dry and hoppy into a medium dry finish with a nice fruity note coming through.
