Bottle sample at a tasting at avrashi’s place. Thanks ThreeCats. Clear pale golden. Spicy aroma with yeast and overripe fruits. Sweetish flavor with malt, a bit of honey, light fruitiness and a dry finish with faint bitterness. Medium-bodied.

Rauchiger Start mit zuerst herben, später süßlichen Beinoten. Die Herbe bleibt dann konstant, die Rauchigkeit wird getreidiger und etwas intensiver. Später wieder milder, Leichte Kräuternoten, röstig. Trockenes Holz mit bitteren Noten zum Schluss. 11/10/9/8/8/9
