ABV: 8.0%. Cloudy dark black brown colour with a large, creamy - frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, beige head. Aroma is moderate to heavy malty, roasted, chocolate, caramel - sweet malt, lactose, spicy, cocoa, cinnamon. Flavor is moderate to light heavy sweet with a average to long duration, chocolate, caramel, cinnamon, cocoa, smooth, dark malt, sweet malt. Body is medium to full, texture is creamy, carbonation is soft. [20220405]

Bottle. Slight hazy deep golden with short lasting white head. Lots of wet cellar funk, apricot, wheat, light grapes, oak, yoghurt, a hint of plastic. Medium sweet and over medium sour. Medium bodied with low carbonation. This is a pretty nice wild ale, it's not lambic, but it's good.

Dorée, col blanc crémeux.
Arôme est plaisant garde un bouquet américain d'IPA avant le grande vague des neipa. Rétro appuyé par des effluves de malts - pâle et pils, les houblons apportent des notes d'agrumes, tropical léger.
Palais garde une approche classique US avec un caractère agrumes - pomelo, petite note herbacée, fruit de la passion et un fini orange sanguine qui apporte un petit fini citrique en fin de bouche.

Bottle 0.33l from our archive, five and half years aged. Black, opaque. AROMA- roasted malts, molasses, caramel, coffee, wood, liqueur. FLAVOR- silky, slightly sweet, bitter, roasted, molasses, coffee, caramel, chocolate, pralines, liqueur. Fuller bodied. Great.

Clean lemon with a medium head. Aroma is fruit grain. Flavour is soft fruity bitter, grains on the finish, bitter pils base.

Bottle. Color: Hazy golden, very fast disappearing white head. Aroma: Moderate tart, white berries and some grape. Taste: Moderate tart, very light sweet and bitter. Fruity notes of gooseberriy, sourish and ripe apple, appleskin, some citrus and some grapepeel and prageseed. Some oak wood too. Tannins. Dry-ish to dry mouthfeel. Farmyard-like wild yeast funk. Medium body, below average carbonation. Nice one but lacking some complexity in my opinion.

A black beer, a head is medium and beige. Aroma has roastiness, coffee, chocolate. Taste has roastiness of coffee, hocolate, some vanilla. Medium+ bodied, could be heavier. Good, but feels somehow unfinished.
