Bottle from either This Is Beer or Stori, can't remember which. Appearance - golden with very little bubble and no head. As expected. Nose - bittersweet apple and apple skin. Taste - sweet apple this time, ripe and fresh. Palate - tangy and medium bodied. Sweet finish, but still with some tang in there. Overall - it's a sweet cider which isn't my usual, but enjoyed it, as a good example of the style.

Bottle from Stori. Appearance - golden amber with gentle bubbles. No head. Nose - ripe apple, almost apple tart. Taste - more of the same. Fairly sweet but with good acid. Palate - medium bodied, tangy acid and sweetness through middle and finish. Overall - good.

Bottle from Stori. This one is 5.8%. Appearance - golden amber. Gentle bubbles. No head. Nose - fresh red apple. Taste - sweet red apple, pink lady almost. Palate - light to medium bodied. Tangy but sweet middle and finish. Overall - nice despite being quite sweet.

Bottle from Beers Of Europe. This one was 6.4%. Appearance - bright golden orange. Gentle bubbles. No head. Nose - apple skin and quite tart apples. Taste - tart apples then a bit sweeter further in. Palate - tangy texture and finish. Medium bodied. Overall - pretty good.

Cask @ Pilgrim, Liverpool. Golden-blonde with a tangy sticky-sweet texture. It has a very good stated apple flavour.

Flavor is moderate sweet and light acidic with a long duration, apple, tart, funky - barnyard, sweet apples, tannins. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is flat. 500ml bottle. Sparkling golden colour with a foamy white head that dissipates away and aroma of tangy apple, apple skin, woody oak, funk. Taste is bittersweet apple, vinegar hint, fruity, woody and oaky, with some tartness, funk and earthy tannins. Medium bodied, spritzy carbonation, medium dry tannic finish. Nicely drinkable.

Taste is mellow apple, funky, woody, fleshy fruity, sweet with alittle apple core and caramel. Medium bodied, soft to medium carbonation, with some residual sweetness at the finish. Nicely drinkable.
