Bottle @ home. Opaque dark brown to black color, medium sized brown colored head that lasts for a short while. Aroma and flavor are both malts, dark malts, some liquorice, some liquor though not clearly bourbon, a bit alcoholic especially in the aroma, dark fruit in the distance, moderate to medium bitter. Heavy beer, sipper.

375 ml bottle @ home. Very murky, a bit like mud, not really yellow or gold. Off white head. Aroma’s: fruit, citrus is boasting from the glass, lots of herbal hops, light resin as well. Retronasal too, lots of hops, herbal, tropical fruit, citrus, lovely! Flavor is fruity, a bit yeasty, light bitter. Medium bodied. Nice hopburn, great burp. Lots of hop sensation in the finish, resinous, fruity, with just modest bitterness. Good, with the potential to become great.

Bottle at home, 11th August 17. Pours orange and murky off brown with a nice looking foamy white head. Aroma is orange blossom, pine and pith. Taste is juicy, bitter pith, pine needles, good malt balance. Carbonation medium to high. Lingering bitter citrus finish. Another cracker from this brewery.

8 3 8 4 16 375 ml fresh bottle @ home. Murky amber color. Big white head with good retention. Aroma’s: fruity, yeasty, herbal hops. Retronasal it’s hop to the max, herbal, resinous, bitterish, juicy, citrus. Flavor is somewhat juicy sourish but also moderate bitter. Medium bodied. Spicy hops. Long somewhat dry and bitter finish.

Bottle @ home. Brown colour, beige foam. Sweet and malty nose, lots of spices (cinnamon, ginger bread, speculaas). Taste is sweet and spicy. Medium body, medium carbonation. Nice beer.

Bottle @ home. Black colour, almost no foam, no carbonation. Taste is very complex, caramel, roasted malts, coffee, Bowmore whisky. Thin mouthfeel. Nice beer, could have been better with some more carbonation.
