Description
We are always busy creating taste sensations, always looking for improvements or new flavours and optimizing our beers. Our beer is pronounced, complex, balanced, often full and soft in texture. We don’t brew beer for everyone, we only brew beer for people who love pronounced flavours. We do this by constantly tinkering with our recipes in search of perfection, we want to brew beer that is considered legendary. One has to tell stories about how great the beer of the Moersleutel is. Anyone who drinks our beer must be spoiled for life and must want nothing more.

Bottle shared thanks to sjogro. Almost black with small light brown head. Coffee, quite some nuts, soft vanilla, molasses, almond milk, soft tar and blackberries. Medium sweet and bitter. Medium bodied with a bit watery feel. A bit thin in the mouth and tarry in the aroma, not the best Moersleutel.

0.375 l bottle from ’Speciaalbierpakket.nl’, best before January 2018. Slow gusher. Hazy, orange with a medium large, frothy, slowly diminishing, white head. Sweetish, very fruity and slightly grassy aroma of passion fruit, pineapple, orange and some pineapple. Sweetish, moderately bitter, very fruity and slightly herbal-grassy taste of passion fruit, pineapple, mango and tangerine, followed by a medium long, rather dry-bitter, herbal-grassy and slightly resiny finish. Medium body, quite effervescent mouthfeel, average carbonation. Very tasty, but too much effervescence spoils the fun a bit.
