Description
We are always busy creating taste sensations, always looking for improvements or new flavours and optimizing our beers. Our beer is pronounced, complex, balanced, often full and soft in texture. We don’t brew beer for everyone, we only brew beer for people who love pronounced flavours. We do this by constantly tinkering with our recipes in search of perfection, we want to brew beer that is considered legendary. One has to tell stories about how great the beer of the Moersleutel is. Anyone who drinks our beer must be spoiled for life and must want nothing more.

Clear pale orange beer, big aery irregular off-white head, unstable, non adhesive. Aroma: artificial brett, peach, funky, citrus, some sweet malts. MF: soft carbon, medium body. Taste: pretty sweet, sugary, some tannins, bitter touch, peaches, alcohol. Aftertaste: sweet, grains, bit lemony, citrus, ripe fruits, banana, spicy, some coriander. Not as funky as I had hoped for. Barrel is noticeable through the tannins.

Tap at Noord-Hollands bier festival. Very murky bright orange with off white head. Looks like orange juice basically. Some sweet fruit juice with mango and orange, lots of dank grass and bitter herbs. Soft sweet malts. Medium sweet and quite bitter. Over medium bodied. Nice but it’s maybe a bit too bitter.
