Cask (gravity) @ NBF 2015 [ The 40th. Nottingham Beer Festival (The 8th Robin Hood Beer and Cider Festival) ], Nottingham Castle, Friar Lane, Nottingham, Nottinghamshire, England NG1 6EB. [ As Quantum / Thirst Class Elephant Hawk IPA ].Clear medium orange color with a average, frothy and open, good lacing, mostly lasting to diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, caramel, moderate to heavy hoppy, citrus, orange, riped fruit. Flavor is moderate sweet and bitter with a average to long duration, riped fruit, citrus, caramel. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft to flat. [20151008] 6-3-7-3-14

Cask @ Jack In The Box, Altrincham. The last of the Quantum brews. Cloudy amber with a small head. Strong and fruity with a dryness in this respect, mostly in its aftertaste.

330ml bottle from Beermerchants. Pours light brown with a small head. Aroma of berries, mint chocolate, orange and earthiness. Taste is earthy, grainy and malty with loads of berries, mint and hints of chocolate. Finish is sweet, malty and stuffy with some mint and berries. A bit weird.

Cask @ Cafe Beermoth, Manchester. Dark clear copper with a thin head. Has a sticky-sweet texture, not overly sweet in its taste with a few pale malts available.
