Tap at Tilt, Birmingham. Poured a murky straw colour with a thin white head. The aroma is zesty lemon citrus. The flavour is moderate to strong bitter with a crisp, refreshing, fresh, citrus fruit, nettle peppermint hop bitter palate and a lingering bitter finishe. Medium bodied with average carbonation.

Keg at DH Charlotte St. It pours clear yellow - gold with a thick white head. The aroma is soft, sweet, cheap white bread, grain and straw. The taste is crisp, dry, bitter, straw, grass, slightly herbal notes and white bread malt base. Finish is sharp and dry. Medium body and high, prickly carbonation. A fair example of the style, but no game-changer.

On keg at the Hanging Bat. Appearance - cloudy amber. Neat head. Nose - pine and grapefruit. Resin. Taste - resin, pine and grapefruit pith. Palate - light to medium bodied with a middle that is bitter and then becomes extremely bitter through the finish. Overall - a bit too resiny for me.

Cask @ Cafe Beermoth. Pours a misty gold, good white head. Aroma is citrussy. Palate is light, citrussy pale malts. Not hugely hoppy but there is a nice bite to this. Good unfussy session pale.
