Seltzer start. Nice subtle fruit notes. Malt cream in the mid and then a bitter sweet wheaty malt finish. Complex and unusual.

Opaque black beer with a thick frothy tan head. Thick creamy smooth stout, soft as well. Light chocolatey dark malts. Something like ginger in there making a nice sweet counterpoint to the light roast of the malts. Unusual and tasty.

Chelmsford Winter Beer Festival. KEGS. Cask. Lightly hazy amber beer, few cream colour bubbles. Palate is smooth and slightly soft, decent fine carbonation. Light malts that have a good tangy toffee streak. Nice dried fruits, slightly sweet. Mild floralness. Smooth finish. Really well joined up and tasty bitter. A class apart and very drinkable.

Cask at GBBF 2014 - London. Day 1. Pours clear dark brown with a creamy tan head. Tasty, with semi-dark malts, some raspberry juice. Light bodied with fine to average carbonation; good condition. Sweet finish with ripe raspberry, blackberry. Good stuff.
