Very dark brown beer, residual tan head. Bubblegum and banana on the snout. Smooth semi dry palate, low carbonation. Amazing sweet banana, raspberry and fruit salad. Smooth dark malt in the background. Sweet sherbet coming through before the finish. A sweet dark beer. I like Felstar, they don’t always hit the mark but they are innovative.

Clear amber beer. Few bubbles for a head. Very low carbonation and dry palate. Sweetish malt with a little generic fruit sweetness. Finishes semi dry. No discernable hops. Flat. Not Felstar’s finest.

Bottle @ "Det er meget mørkt i Ulfborg", November 2012. Pours dark brown nearly black with a small head. Nose is roast and soy. Some dark fruit and mild ashes. Thick and creamy. Very vinous and delicious.

Bottle, 9.2% @ FOneFan. Very dark brown with small beige head. Aroma is dark fruits, toffee, chocolate and plume. Flavour is malt, yeast, dark fruits, medium sweet, plume, little candy sugar, little caramel, little toffee and a little liquorice.
