Cask @ Trades Club, Hebden Bridge. Amber with a touch of copper and a creamy head. Has a light fruity aroma and quite a soured taste in this respect. Some grapefruit but not overly tropical.

From cask at Hand Drawn Monkey in Huddersfield. A lasting layer at the top of a clear copper coloured body. Aroma of earthy malts and mild vanilla sweetness. The flavour profile is a mixture of mid-sweet malts, almond, and dark fruits. Rounded bittersweet endnotes. A quite nice one (at the end of our pub crawl in Huddersfield 09.07.2014).

Cask ale at Hand Drawn Monkey in Huddersfield. Fair white head to a grey-golden body. Fragile lacing. Rich lemony hops on the nose. Fruity taste of lemon, grapefruit and peach. Short fruit hoppy end, but far from diluted. Well done (09.07.2014).

On keg at Hand Drawn Monkey in Huddersfield. Patchy surface to a pitch black body. Rich and inviting aromas of dark malts, coffee and chocolate. Well blended taste of coffee, dark chocolate and earthy malts. Smooth and long-lived roasted finish. Fine bodied. Lovely stout (09.07.2014).

From keg at Hand Drawn Monkey in Huddersfield. Dark apricot coloured body, fawn-coloured head. Dark malty smell on a backbone of moderate tartness. Malt-bitter taste added by mid-tart grapes that lingers throughout. A different and tasty sipper (09.07.2014).

On tap at La Resistencia in Barcelona. Pours a hazy caramel amber with zero head. Nose has orange and grapefruit, pear, apple, some tropical fruit. Flavor has more tropical fruit, mild perfume, apple, pear, orange, grapefruit, a little candy. Mildly bitter finish. Solid, but it looks like shit.

Cask (Red House, Newcastle) - Golden with a white head. Lemon and passion fruit in the aroma. Lemon, peach, grapefruit and some tangy and sharp notes feature in the taste. Quite good for what it is.
