Draught. Hazy red liquid with medium off-white head. Aroma of white pepper, bread, earth, flowers, bubblegum, ginger, grain, jenka and sugar. Taste is dry and light to medium bitter with notes of white pepper, spices, cinnamon, bubblegum, diacetyl and bread. Light to medium bodied with medium carbonation. A buy watery. Weird.

Cask @ Calls Landing, Leeds. Dark yellow with a creamy head. Has an abundance of tropical fruit in its character with a sweet aroma but a more fruity bitterness for its taste.

Draft at BrewDog Camden on 19 October. Poured a cloudy amber colour with no head. Chemically aroma with some iodine and spicy hints. Malty flavour was dominated by ginger, so much ginger! Palate has further ginger with citrus hops, but fairly watery.

Run of the mill IPA. Average sessionable. Mostly malty with light hops. Pours orange. Some sourness on finish and not very bitter. Typical British-style IPA. Cask Days 2013.

A clear golden ale with a thin white head. In aroma, nice biscuit malt with smooth citrusy hops, honey, nice. In mouth, a nice sweet fruity malt with citrusy hops, pulp, honeydew, nice. Cask Days 2013.

Keg at Brewdog, Edinburgh. Pours flat orange, no head. Aromas are orange and ginger. Taste is sweet. Thin and dry finish. Didn’t enjoy this.

Keg at Brewdog shoreditch. Hazed orange and red pour with a small white head. Candied sweet ginger in the nose with some orange. Flavour is dominated by the ginger, sweet candied ginger. Finish the ginger tivkes the back of the throat. Way out of balance. Not a fan of this one.

Tap at BrewDog Shoreditch. It pours clear amber with a minimal white head. The taste is ginger, spice, lemon and sweet orange peel. The taste is orange, ginger, earthy, grassy, peppery, wood and soap with a dry, lightly citric finish. Light-medium body and average carbonation. Alright.

On tap at CPK, London on 13th February 2013. Clear copper with off-white head. Citrus, spice and smoke aromas. Rich biscuit malts and delicate smoke in liquid, with a bitter finish of smoke and tart berries. Zingy mouthfeel.
