Clear copper colour with quick fading head. Aroma and flavour have the expected sweetness of vanilla and caramel. Slight woody dryness too. This is a good infusion but the base beer isn't very good.

Clear light brown colour with thin head. This seems like a fairly simple Speciale Belge in the base. Obvious sherry notes of wood and dried sultanas. Lacking some depth and complexity.

*rating overgezet* Het heeft een helder goudgele kleur met een dun wit schuim. Het aroma is moutig en gistachtig. De smaak is moutig en wat citrus achtig.
