Bottle. Dark brown color. Lovely smell of fresh grinded mocha and some chocolate. Malty sweet flavor with coffee and chocolate. A coffee roast bitterness in the aftertaste. Simple but pleasant.

Corked bottle. Pink color with a brown haze. Cherry sweets in the aroma. Fairly dry, yeasty flavor with hints of cherry sweets. Cellar notes. Just a bit disappointing.

75 cl. bottle shared with Suus, Hilde and Brent @ Alex and Suus. hazy amber with a white head. Malty aroma with some fruitiness. Sweet taste with a medium bitter finish. Cannot smell or taste the Calvados but I'm sure it's in there, maybe making the aroma stronger. Quite nice though.

Fles gedeelt door Roelzie1986, het is een amberkleurig bier met een volle schuimkraag. Het heeft een alcohol achtige geur. De smaak is moutig, alcohol achtig en zoetig.
