75 cl. bottle shared with Suus, Hilde and Brent @ Alex and Suus. hazy amber with a white head. Malty aroma with some fruitiness. Sweet taste with a medium bitter finish. Cannot smell or taste the Calvados but I'm sure it's in there, maybe making the aroma stronger. Quite nice though.

Fles gedeelt door Roelzie1986, het is een amberkleurig bier met een volle schuimkraag. Het heeft een alcohol achtige geur. De smaak is moutig, alcohol achtig en zoetig.

On tap in the Bier Paleis, Brugge; 4th July 2019. Sat in the sun out back: these guys have 'upped their game' with some interesting taps to supliment the huge bottle selection they have. Hazy orange body, off-white crown. Boozy and sweet with maybe a hint of Armagnac if your senses are working at 100% (which mine were not).

Bottle: Poured a dark brown with tan. Aroma is rich sweet malts, with hint of booze. Taste is boozy with some dark fruit and heat, finish is dry.

Lichtbruin bier met mooie schuimkraag. Smaak is licht bitter hoppig en licht zoet fruitig met iets van citrus en abrikoos. Geen idee of de armagnac daar nog in terug komt maar dit bier is gewoon best goed.

Oranjegeel bier met mooie volle schuimkraag. Smaak is licht bitter hoppig en licht zoet met iets van sinaasappel. Calvados kan ik helaas niet in de smaak ontdekken Desondanks best goed.

Oranjebruin bier met schuim . Smaak is licht bitterzoet en ietwat kruidig met een lichte whisky bijsmaak. Goed bier maar niet bijzonder.

Bottle at the launch of the Carillions. Dark gold with a full head. Aroma of floral hop. Flavour is sweet hop, a little solvent yeast, caramel malt finish.
