500ml bottle from Orchard Box. Deep orange golden colour with a white foam head that dissipates away and aroma of fruity apple, oak and barnyard. Taste is tangy apple, woody, funky, leather, rubber, earthy with some dry tannins. Medium bodied, medium carbonation, dry tannic finish. Nicely drinkable.

500ml bottle from Orchard Box. 2013 vintage. Pours a golden colour with a white foam head that dissipates away. Nose has some funk, rubber and mellow apple. Taste is tangy apple flesh, alittle apple skin, dry, fruity and bittersweet, with some funky & woody oak notes. Medium bodied, low to medium carbonation, dry funky finish. Nicely drinkable cider.

Box @ Leeds Station Wetherspoon, Leeds. Hazy yellow coloured cider. It’s quite dry and this dryness lingers. It’s apple has a sweetness to it.

Cask at the William Dampier, Yeovil, 13/07/16. Lightly hazed orange with little in the way of a head. Nose is apple orchard, straw, light smoke. Taste comprises earthy apples, light pork, apple pulp, straw. Medium bodied, fone carbonation, drying close. Ok.

Bag in a box at County Hotel Ashford JDW. Hazy orange gold some white bubbles. Some decent apple character and tannin. Some dryness a little funky tannin. Bit sweet. Giod character though.
