Nice creamy head and rather opaque brown body. Good hoppy graham cracker on the nose. Flavour is nice soft pumpernickel, dark rye. Crisp hoppy finish but a little thin on the mouth. Refreshing tho.

Tap at Essex Brewhouse, London. Hazy yellow gold colour, white foam head and fruity apple aroma. Taste is juicy apple, zesty citrus, bittersweet, summer fruity. Medium bodied, soft fine carbonation, semi-dry finish. Quite drinkable cider.

Cask at Essex Street Brewhouse, London. Amber-brown colour, off-white foam head and fruity zesty citrus aroma. Taste is malt caramel, toffee, with lemon rind, fruity, citrusy hop and light bitterness. Light bodied, soft carbonation, dry tangy finish. Quite OK.
